  • Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be issued under the following conditions: 
    • Service Not Delivered: If a service you purchased or booked was not delivered as promised due to an issue on our end. 
    • Cancellation by Fibils: If we cancel a booking or service due to unforeseen circumstances. 
    • Customer-Initiated Cancellations: If you cancel a booking or service within the cancellation window outlined in our Cancellation Policy. 
  • Refund Request Process To request a refund: 
    • Provide details of the service, booking ID, and the reason for your refund request. 
    • Allow up to state time frame, 5–10 business days for us to review and process your request.
  •  Refund Method Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds may take up to 7–14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
